1. Scheme Objective & Purpose
ECLGS 5.0 provides timely financial support by extending additional working capital to MSMEs, Non-MSMEs and the Airline sector. The scheme aims to strengthen liquidity, ensure business continuity, and help enterprises manage operational challenges arising from the West Asia conflict.
2. Primary Benefit
To provide a Working Capital Term Loan (WCTL) to eligible MSME and Non-MSME businesses, as well as the Airline sector, to stabilize operations and bridge liquidity gaps.
3. Industry Eligibility & Exclusions
Eligible Sectors: All business enterprises and industries are eligible, except those explicitly excluded.
4. Loan Quantum & Funding Limits
The maximum loan amount is determined by the borrower's peak outstanding credit during Q4 of FY 2025–26 (specifically between 01.01.2026 and 31.03.2026, both days inclusive):
