Acts Of Simple Kindness (ASK)

ASK is an employee-driven initiative, celebrated annually to welcome the New Year with positivity and compassion. The initiative offers employees an opportunity to experience and express the feeling of selflessness and gratitude by voluntarily engaging themselves in planning and performing simple acts of kindness.

Pan India, HDB employees visit shelter homes, hospitals, schools, etc. to distribute items of essentials and spend quality time with children, young adults and the elderly. On several occasions, acts of simple kindness have also been extended towards city's frontline heroes such as the rag pickers, street cleaners, security guards and traffic police.

ASK is getting bigger each year, with over 896 Branches and Centers having participated in January 2024.
