To provide hassle free and convenient services HDB introduces Missed Call facility for loan related information to customers. By just giving a missed call from your registered mobile number to 080-69856108, you can now get your loan related information on your mobile phone.
The call made to the above number will be automatically disconnected after choosing the service. The customer will then receive details of their loan account as an SMS based on the service opted.
Services available for this facility are:
- Balance Inquiry
- EMI clearance status
- Loan Details
- Refund
- Application Status

Availing of the Missed Call service will benefit you by:
- Ease of accessibility of your loan details available on your mobile 24 x 7.
- Able to view your account details even without an active internet connection.
- Accessible from your registered mobile number so maximum security guaranteed.
- You can avail this facility maximum 5 times in a day.
If you have more than one loan account with the same mobile number, in that case multiple SMS will be sent for the remaining accounts basis the services opted.
Requirement to avail this facility
Customer mobile number should be registered in the loan account.
Customers are required to give missed call only from the registered mobile number to 080-69856108.
If you have not registered your mobile number in your loan account, please contact nearest HDB Branch for registration.
