E-NACH
With eNACH payment service, you can now easily pay your loan EMIs from your bank account, without the need for paper based mandates. eNACH stands for Electronic National Automated Clearing House.
All you need to do is, complete a one-time authentication for registration of the mandate with your Net Banking or Debit card or Aadhaar details, after which all subsequent payments will not require your intervention.

Process
- Open the eNACH registration page:

- Login using your registered mobile number and loan account number
- Select whether you want to receive a link as an SMS or Email to complete the process later or complete the process right now on the portal.
- Once you select the option, you will then be taken to the eNACH registration page which shows the details of the loan and the mandate
- Proceed further by selecting either Debit Card or Net Banking or Aadhaar to register the mandate
- Once you select the option, your bank page will open up where you will need to enter the details required.
- The bank may require you to enter an OTP to complete the registration.
- Once you have completed the required steps, your bank will show you a confirmation page on successfully registering the mandate.
- You will be redirected to the eNACH portal showing you the confirmation page of successful registration.
- Physical mandate can be submitted visiting nearest HDBFS Branch if Emandate is not registered for any technical reason or customer bank is not offering the Emandate registration facility.
NACH cancellation
- Cancellation request can be submitted online for both Physical and eNACH mandates registered towards repayment of loan.

Process
- Login on the below mandate cancellation page

- Click ‘Mandate cancellation & Stop EMI’ menu
- Select ‘Mandate cancellation request’
- Select the appropriate cancellation reason from the dropdown and click submit button.
- Mandate cancellation can be requested if loan account is closed. In exception cases where bank account is closed or remain inactive, cancellation request can be submitted
- HDBFS will verify eligibility and confirms the mandate cancellation status by SMS to customer
- Please note that EMI auto debit is not possible if mandate is cancelled. Non payment of EMI on due date will attract late fee and penalties. Mandate once cancelled cannot be revoked
Stop EMI presentation
- Stop EMI presentation request can be submitted online if customer has paid EMI amount in advance or Prepayment of loan is done.
- Customer can pay in advance one EMI of next month due date. Future EMIs will be presented as per the mandate registered.

Process
- Login on the below mandate cancellation page
Click Here
- Click ‘Mandate cancellation & Stop EMI’ menu
- Select ‘Stop EMI presentation’
- Select the appropriate stop EMI reason from the dropdown and click submit button. Stop EMI request can be raised if EMI amount is paid in advance or Prepayment of loan is done
- HDBFS will validate the eligibility and confirms the stop EMI acceptance or rejection status by SMS to customer
