Tawang
Tawang is another hidden gem in the North East that receives moderate rainfall during the month of August. Travellers can also enjoy the festival of Behdienkhlam taking place in August, where people dance on streets on the tunes of drums and pipes. Coorg, but it reaches a different level of beauty when it is pouring. You can soak in the serenity of Abbey falls which cascades down from a height of 70 feet.
